So to say, snacking has again become a thing. It helps maintain energy level. Most importantly, it is the best time to chitchat with your kids while you snack together, that helps in building a strong relationship. Most often we try to keep make healthy snacks, but offering something hatke once in a while is also not a bad idea to make kids happy.
